—Easy vegetable curry—
500 grams lentils, cooked
5 bunches Bok choy
1 pack curry mix
Covered in water, cook until tender.
Served with brown rice.
Fire Escape Pesto!
1 cup packed basil
1/2 cup crushed pecans
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 lemon squeezed
drizzle olive oil
Combine basil, pecans, nutritional yeast, garlic and lemon into food processor or high powered blender. process
drizzle olive oil over pesto
boil water and make pasta
drain pasta and combine shells with pesto in sauce pan
heat and stir until pesto and shells are combined
