One of our staples for dinner& work lunch- inspired by Banh mi
HOW TO MAKE:
-stir fry onions until translucent (don’t skip this step, it adds a lot to the taste)
-cook mock meat, tofu, etc…
-chop/ slice capsicums, cucumbers,
toast bread. Add Omega Blend spread (or spread of choice)- again, don’t skip this either! Add onions, mock meat, sliced cucumbers, capsicums, lettuce, … I usually add Italian salad dressing (something with a slight sour taste works great), salt and pepper.
