My new favourite food - Morning glory !
Try get this vegetable in asian grocers , normally i would find it hard to eat a green leafy vegetable alone but i could eat this every day
All i do is wash the vegetable 3 times , chop a few cloves of garlic , fry the garlic till slightly brown add the greens , fry for about 1 minute ( don’t want to over do it ) then serve on plate with a bit of bragg’s seasoning or some other soy / tamari sauce . Yum !
I took this Tiramisu home , Deva Deva packed it really cute !

The base is so good that it makes me want to stop being lazy and make pizza bases from scratch instead of just using pita bread

We had this dessert in Tokyo, it was so good we got seconds.
It’s soft tofu in an almond-y liquid topped with some fruits. Simple but yummy.
